How I went from $25/hr to clients happily paying $3K -$10K for launch & marketing management.

9 years ago,  when I started my business — the typical rate for web development & virtual assistance was $25/hr.

My first client was a fung shui consultant and my second was a motivational speaker. 

I lOVED working with coaches and people in the personal transformation space.

Over the years,  I built hundreds of websites and had a great portfolio.

It's been an evolution of creating value and innovating my services according to the rising trends in the online space.

With the rise of SAAS platforms and new trends in the online space,  I discovered growing client needs.

With the demand of building funnels and PLF(Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula) style course launches — I started selling marketing implementation and launch management services.

It was typically 90-day launch support and after that some ongoing monthly retainer for a year.

Working in this style did ONE thing — clients got GREAT results.

For example, my client Teresa invested $10k over the year and made an extra $50k + crossed the 6 figures mark.

Another client made $40k in her launch and after that several five-figure launches over the year.

Now I don't say, all credit goes to me.

But It's about working in our zone of geniuses —  me working in my zone of genius and clients working in their zone of genius.

And the best feeling is seeing my clients serving thousands of people doing what they love without killing their health or relationships.

And to summarise, there are 5 key lessons that I want to share with you:

  1. It's all about solving problems and charging for value. 

  2. RESULTS matter!

    When clients work with me they get things done on time and make 2-10 times more than what they invest in over the year.

  3. Be trustworthy and a person of integrity. People continue to work with you not just for your skills but how you show up.

  4. Pre-qualify leads — clarify in your marketing who you work with and how you help.

  5. Brand positioning & authentic marketing can do most of the sales for you.

  6. Invest in mentors and hone your craft.

    You got to be excellent at what you do. When people work with me it’s not just a package they are getting — but my 13 years of experience and $50k+ worth of learning & mastery.
